I. Product and its uses Meat and food safes are made of steel sheets and wire net so that cooked food, milked, jeat etc. can be kept in the kitchen to safeguard them from cats, cockroaches, flies etc. Because of wire netting there will be free flow of air inside the safes. These safes find much use in kitchen where no cupboards are provided with wire netting. II. Market Potential Meat and food safes are generally used by the people to store items like cooked food, meat, milk and milk products, eggs etc. safely from harmful external elements who do not have proper storing facilities in the kitchen. These are cheaper than providing cupboards in the kitchen as it serves the purpose, as such people particularly middle income group people prefer to have these items in their kitchens. In cities and towns where the residential accommodation dear and limited, the kitchens in the houses are not equipped with adequate storage facilities as such people invariably have to purchase some device/equipment to store food items safely from harmful elements like flies, rats, insects etc. With the increase in building construction activities in cities and towns and with the raise in the standard of living of people, the demand for Meat and Food safes is increasing. Hence, market for these items is expected be good in near future.en_US
