I. Introduction I.;, ,i, T A. Paint brushes are generally of two types namely (a) Oval ferruled bound and (b) Round ferrule bound. Oval ferrule bound brushes are generally available in five sizes with denominations 1/0, 2/0, 3/0, 4/0 and 6/0 and round, ferrule bound brushes are of sizes 1/0, 2/0, 3/0 & 4/0. Oval ferrule bound types of brushes are meant for excellent painting jobs such as varnishing, superior finishing of paint work; round ferrule bound brushes is recommended for rough painting work like ground preparation and applying of undercoat, filling on surfaces of under painting etc. These types of brushes are widely used in industrial and household purposes. This scheme is drawn for the manufacture of Paint Brushes and Brushes made of natural bristles. B. Market Potential: There is a good demand for paint brush especially from Railways, structural Fabricators, interior decorators, building construction Coso etc.
