dc.description.abstract	I. Product and its uses Measuring tools are of immense use in engineering industries to maintain correct izes of the jobs. Spring Calipers were of frequent use in the past. However, nowadays these have been replaced to some extent by the GO and NOT GO Gauges for production jobs but still these are used to maintain the sizes of the parts of low accuracy and for job type work . Spring Calipers are of two types viz. outsid calipers and inside calipers. These are used to measure the outside and inside diameters respectively. This project envisages the manufacturing of Spring calipers of 150x200 mm sizes. Small engineering units are developing in India at a very fast rate. As such there is a very good scope of marketing it in all the States.	en_US
