Abstract: Value creation process is the essence of entrepreneurship. Identifying business opportunities or creating the one and finding out corresponding creative and innovative solutions that satisfy needs and wants of target audience have been foundation of entrepreneurship. Role of creativity; especially; in case of inadequate resources and imperfect market situations has been documented well and discussed quite often. However, interrelationship between creativity and entrepreneurship, importance of creativity beyond value creation activities at start up phase, role of creativity at different stages of enterprise, need of creativity in different business functions and related themes pose more questions than answers. This conceptual paper is an effort to explore the interplay between creativity and entrepreneurship, role of creativity at different stages of enterprise and identifying a few pertinent questions which need answers.
