dc.description.abstractIndia is a developing nation but the problem of unemployment is increasing day by day in India which is hurdle in the real development of India. This problem can be solved out only by way of generating employment. Entrepreneurship is the most effective form of generating employment. There is need of continuous study on development of entrepreneurship. In the present study we review the literature on entrepreneurship nationally as well as internationally. Secondary data is used in the study. In our study first we identify the reasons of unemployment in India and then find its solutions by way of entrepreneurship. Finally we find the important ways of creating new entrepreneurs, developing the entrepreneurs and supporting the entrepreneurs. At last but not least Entrepreneurship is a concrete solution of the Unemployment in India.en_US
