Technology Business Incubators (TBIs) are attractive to successful ventures because of their higher capacity for creating employment and wealth specifically in the developing economy. Since new initiatives through technologies are encouraged in R&D Institutions/Academic Institutions that ensures the use of skill and facilities. These initiatives are called by the name Technology Business Incubators (TBIs).
