dc.description.abstract | A female of any nation contributes towards fifty percent of workforce. Any nation’s economic growth significantly hinges on the contribution from them too. Not only do they provide jobs but they generate new ones also. According to the report of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor’s report on Women and Entrepreneurship, investment on developing females entrepreneurially is way forward for sustainable economic development. Descriptive statistically designed approach with an aim to recognize the personal and professional factors that influence the practice of entrepreneurship in women. Desk top research, individual interviews and focus group discussion are the tools used along with the questionnaire designed to collect the primary data. Empowering women for entrepreneurial development enhances the impact of new venture creation exponentially. There is an increase in participation and success of these new start-up’s. Our results confirm that effectiveness of entrepreneurship education designed helps in tacking the challenges faced during the new venture creation. | en_US |
