Abstract: The proposed project will produce mainstream products such as Chyawanprash, Amla powder, dehydrated Amla chips and dehydrated Amla chips with spice Chayawanprash is an ayurvedic preparation in semi liquid form. Main ingredients of Chayawanprash are Amla, sugar and many spices. It revitalizes body and improves immune system. Amla powder is generally used in cosmetic items such as hair oil and shampoo. It isalso used as medicine. Dehydrated Amla chips and dehydrated Amla chips with spice are used as Mukhvas for its digestive properties. Amla is not so palatable in its original taste ~- .•..... and so processing it makes it market-ready.
