| Abstract: | De-hulling of sesame seed is to remove husk from sesame seeds. The sesame seed comes in such colors as white, black, brown and red. White seed has nutty taste and hence goes mainly into bakery, confectionery and sweets. Black is also used in food items. Brown sesame is utilised for oil extraction. |
