The unit will manufacture freeze dried powder of fruit juice, slices and dices from fruit pulp of Papaya, Banana and Mango. Freezedried fruit juice, powder, slicesand dices are used as convenience foods in place of fresh fruits and have long shelf life. Freezedried fruit juice, powder, slicesand dices are used to make fruit drinks, ice creams, thick shakes, baby foods and bakery products.
