Abstract: Natural Colours are used as Colouring agent in food industry such as ; meat canning, sauce, soft drink,confectionery, ice cream, dairy products, and bakery products.They are also used in cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry .yellow color is extracted form marigold flowers. the proposed project will focus on producing yellow natural color form marigold but later will produce red color from annatto flower.
