Abstract: With successful entrepreneurial ability and corporate enthusiasm, corporate universities have been successful in facing a new set of challenges. Factors contributing to success are partnering with other successful universities, creating strategic alignment of education with business goals and overall improvement of quality of education. To sustain its progress a number of best practices are reported in the areas of curriculum planning, delivery of contents, participant evaluation, faculty motivation methods, and measuring program effectiveness.
