India has great potential for human resources as well as natural resources. Entrepreneurship development among rural areas can help in employment generation and support for an increment in per capita income, which would be a big push for our developing economy. The Food Processing Industry (FPI) has been one of the fastest growing industries in the economy in the last decade. It has the ability to achieve strongly in the Indian market and also abroad. Eco-products and organic food has created good demand in this era, and India has sufficient balances of all the possible resources for this industry. The food processing industry can easily trap the external market and is able to enjoy the fruit of global success.en_US
