dc.description.abstract | Despite the major role assigned to the big and medium sectors in Indian economy, it is conceded that a large number of entrepreneurs for small sector are required to utilize the natural resources and to facilitate the economic growth of the country in general and Bihar in particular. There is ample evidence to show that effective entrepreneurship play pivotal role in the economic development of a nation. Not that other factors are not important. For effective entrepreneurship, there has to have (a) resources and opportunities in terms of natural resources, skilled human force, infrastructural facilities etc. and (b) systematic support in terms of governmental acts and provisions, social system and values, favourable attitude of the support institutions, etc. However, it is the human factors which make the other ones work. In this sense, human factors are central to the entrepreneurial effectiveness. The basic problems faced by the healthy and sick small enterprises are more or less Same (Mishra, 1991). It is the human factor that seem to make the difference. | en_US |
