The commercialization of the technology is becoming more and more important with the increasing pace of industrialization through the world. But the number of technologies commercialized is very less compared to the number of initial ideas conceived and the inventions made. What is stopping these inventions to be transformed into production reality for an entrepreneur and for the country? The paper discusses some of these factors which hinder the commercialization of the technologies in the developing countries like India. The paper also discusses some of the ways to overcome these hindering factors.en_US
