dc.description.abstract | There is an increasing body of literature which questions me validity of existing concepts and facts in the field of entrepreneurship. - The comparative studies are contributing to highlight the socio-economic, cultural, political, societal as well as psychological differences of entrepreneurship and to identity the extent to which these variations are due to the different environments in which they operate. It is imperative to understand the various components of entrepreneurial variations so that the society creates a large number of entrepreneurs from various sections of the population including the disadvantaged one for the socio-economic development of the regions. The need for comparing and developing entrepreneurship among the tribals of different regions is essential to understand entrepreneurial variation and eventually, to make tribal society economically progressive in order to achieve balanced regional growth, decentralisation of economic power and sustainable development. The presence of certain psychological attributes has increasingly assumed significant importance for the emergence, sustenance as well as diversification of entrepreneurial venture process. In spite of conducive economic circumstance, entrepreneurial teams, availability of finance, marketing, supportive government policy, social networking, effective support system and business incubators, enterprise cannot be established as it demands creative 'person' who can combine and transform all these factors into productive possibilities through innovation or meta-innovation. | en_US |
