Abstract: Entrepreneurship is a new subject, it will take to time to absorb in our mind and heart, which is traditionally prepared to take a job/service, we are actually job seekers rather than job creator, we may call it traditional barrier. It will take more time to break this tradition. To overcome this barrier real motivation should start from the very early stage and creating awareness about the past successful entrepreneurs, which was very much in the past. Social barrier-which most important, till date out. society is not recognise the entrepreneurship as noble profession like Doctors, Engineers, Professors. If we observe sincerely we can see the entrepreneurs are helping the society in different way, providing job to hundred, supplying the resources in need, overall services to all sector earning foreign exchange for the country. Another important thing our societal structure does not teach us to take risk, so our risk-taking attitude is not properly developed and naturally we look for more security and assured professional career through traditional path. Family members also discourage to take risk. Till date we choose this profession only after, we fail to get entry to other or any avenues of service. Otherwise as last option to survive wasting valuable time as well as competitive edge and sharpness.
