dc.description.abstract2-day workshop on "Work smarter together: making it possible with Dynamic Governance" being held at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad on 30th November &1st December 2018. Dynamic Governance (Sociocracy) is a system of governance - a framework of structures and processes - where 'working together' does not require a 'command and control' kind of managing. Instead, people are able to self-organise, to 'come together and work', in a way that is similar to how things happen in nature. This two-day programme will be experiential, where participants will first learn the framework, systems and processes of Dynamic Governance, and then we get to practice its implementation. A detailed program brochure, registration form and bank details for payment are attached along with this invite email. The enrollment will be on first-come-first-serve basis. Nomination form can be photocopied if more copies are required.en_US
