Abstract: India has reached from traditional small scale industrial base to new start up scenario. The role of bureaucracy is like hardware in entrepreneurship development. How Indian bureaucracy transforming itself to be a facilitator rather than regulator? This will be a major issue for entrepreneurial growth. Other countries may be reference for Indian bureaucracy.
