Abstract: Every year, lakhs of students ranging from degree courses to Postgraduate courses as well as doctoral graduates pass out from colleges, universities and a large number of students from schools too, among which a section does not even take up higher studies. Out of these students, not all students are successful in earning their livelihood as per the standards of their passed degrees. These less fortunate students simply put their teachers, colleges, education system responsible for their plight. It is here that we find the real causes of the plight of these students. Students simply put that many educational institutions grab money from them without grooming them with appropriate skills to sustain in the market. In addition to this, many students in the mid of the course discover that they lack the prerequisite skills to get the most of the joined course. This conceptual paper is a humble attempt wherein the authors have tried to put forth some innovative ideas in the edupreneurship sectors with respect to the Indian context. The authors have divided the educational process into five phases based on the level of course, innovative ideas have been suggested.
