dc.description.abstractThe Present Paper is an attempt to examine the changing labour Process in Punjab through Agripreneurship with Sociological understanding. The present paper is based on Empirical study conducted in Amritsar district in Punjab. The main objective of the study is to explore the labour relations and changes taken place in economic activities. It further examine the role of Gender, Caste, Class, Religion, Education and map the Skills of labour, work, timing, job status and Type of labour. These findings are interesting in present study because through Agripreneurship demand of labour increased in both term Migrant as well as Local labour. So, Study defines the social relations between Agripreneur and labour. Gender also play a vital role in context of labour like, demand of women labour has increased in Agripreneurship farming in Punjab. Therefore, present paper has made an analysis of the changing process and contribution of labour in Agripreneurial development in Punjab state.en_US
