| Abstract: | Corporate strategy considers three factors. The first is the mission, which sets the overall goals or corporate objectives. The second is the environment in which the organization is working. The scanning of the environment helps in identifying the opportunities and which allows it to succeed in this environment. It is decided on the basis of the analysis of the strength and weakness of the organization. |
