dc.description.abstractPurpose: The present study is an attempt to examine the influence of IC as well RM on start-ups by Indian females as both are in nascent stages. Methodology: A data set of 1765 respondents from India has been used. A logistic regression technique has been applied to measure the influence of IC & RM on the female entrepreneurial intentions. Findings: The IC has a positive and significant impact while the RM has an insignificant impact on the female entrepreneurial intentions. Contribution: This study has examined the relationship of intellectual capital and role model with the female entrepreneurial intentions. Only a few studies have already been done in India so far.en_US
