Abstract: | As today’s business students are future business leaders the increasing importance of CSR demands an urgent need to study, analyze and understand business students’ CSR perceptions. The purpose of the paper is to review existing literature and trace the direction and progress of research studies in area of business students’ perception about significance of CSR.This secondary research based on search for journal articles and conference papers. The paper will reveal and analyze the extent research undertaken on CSR awareness among business students by taking stock of varied explanatory variables that shape students’ CSR perceptions.Efforts will also be made to identify the students’ readiness to take up responsibility towards multiple CSR dimensions in their ventures, family businesses or workplaces.This paper will be useful in future research in this area and will offer practitioners interested in studying or working in CSR or related areas, access to summarised analysis and information on the subject. |
