Abstract:
On effective and optimum utilisation of demographic dividend, India as a country can economically grow
very fast but on the contrary it is highly sensitive, risky, devastating and could be turned out to be a
demographic liability if not properly utilised. So there is an utmost need of creation of quality employment
opportunities at mass scale to provide jobs to the trained manpower. The way to create a large number of
quality employment opportunity is to develop a strong Entrepreneurial pool and encourage start-ups and
skilling the youths. The key to develop quality employment opportunities lies on entrepreneurial education
system to cultivate youth entrepreneurs. Most of the kids are born imaginative, energetic, and willing to take
risks, but without entrepreneurial education from the primary education system, the enterprising spirit,
creativity and the ability to think out of the box declines over the period of time and become almost nonexistent
by the time they graduate. In this paper we focus on the role and relation of education with Start-up
ecosystem in developing quality employment opportunities. The research will analyse the Challenges,
opportunities, and encouragements to spot the gap and try to find out the ways and means to develop an
entrepreneurial eco-education system to make more effective contributory education in shaping more creative
youths by changing the mind-set of the societies at large to faster the economic growth of the country.
Descriptive research methodology has been used to find out the necessity of inclusion of entrepreneurial
studies since beginning in the education system. The outcome of the research represents a high correlation
between Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurship development Process.
