Abstract:
Women of rural India have a lot of unused potential, they can be experts at a various number of activities,
with the help of this research we want to help these women become self-independent and run their own
business, we’ll be going to a village where we will be conducting surveys on ground, meeting the women
there, learn about the various different skillset they possess and find ways to help them use these skills for
their personal benefits, we intend to link them with distributors and distribution channel blocks who can help
them sell their home produced goods at a reasonable price making their hobbies their source of income. It is a
descriptive and analytical research on 150 women of Mota Isanpur. We also intend to develop a phone
application at the end of the research, the phone application will have details on various types of jobs that can
be done by rural women, various types of products that can be manufactured at home by these women and
details of distributors who can help them sell these products.
