Abstract:
Consumer electrical & electronic products such as Air-conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing
machine, Water filter, electric fan etc. has become the back bone of the consumer industry in the
modern living society. To-day Air-conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing machine, Water filter, electric
fan etc. have become a common item in every upper middle class and middle class families. The
demand for these consumer durables have reached an all time high. These appliances are very
often prone to faults for which servicing and repairing is required.
