Abstract

Indian society is poised to move in the direction of being 'Atmanirbhar' (self reliant) where entrepreneurship and self employment are set to constitute a significant component. Of late there have been several policy mitratrves announced by the government to promote entrepreneurship that are in various stages of implementation. It needs to be underlined here that over the years, India has built a decent ecosystem to encourage establishment and growth of micro small and medium enterprises (MSME's).
