dc.description.abstract |
Mindfulness is the deliberate exercise of focusing on an individual’s attention
on the present moment and accepting it without any verdict. This practice
needs to be brought up in the corporate world; because mindfulness has
immense benefits that can enhance employees’ well-being. A total sample of
152 employees (from start-ups and SMEs of Delhi NCR) was taken into
consideration for this study. The statistical technique of MANOVA was used
to explore the relationship between mindfulness training, Gender and level of
mindfulness with entrepreneurial orientation. The study emphasizes that
mindfulness training introduces positive difference in the levels of
Entrepreneurial Orientation amongst individuals. Mindfulness training will
modify the corporate training design and is assured to get a special position;
specially to enhance the entrepreneurial spirit. |
