Organizations need to sustain their business operations in the face of crisis and
uncertainty. Under a situation like Covid-19, survival depends on the firm's ability
to form cross-functional teams to define strategies and develop the ability to
identify new opportunities. Entrepreneurs need to have a proactive approach to
mobilize and sustain innovative business initiatives, moving towards a quick and
creative process to reduce the business's negative impact. Education institutes
were also severely hit by the onset of COVID 19. This research paper highlights
the effects of Covid-19 on higher educational institutes— measures taken by an
institute to provide seamless educational services during the crisis. It also talks
about different entrepreneurship theories and the importance of innovative
strategies. |
