Abstract:
From the Director General's Desk: Positioning Inclusivity in Economic Growth - The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes constitute a major proportion of the population of India. These disadvantaged communities, by and large, have had struggled in terms of accessing resources, building a strong base of means, breaking ties from the family vocation to pursue a career of their choice, in addition to many more issues that they have to grapple with in, day-to-day affairs.
