dc.description.abstract There are tremendous efforts by the government and private institutions in the area of health, nutrition, sanitation, education, employment, skill development, credit subsidy etcetera. Some variables which are critical to women participation are ignored (Das et al, 2015). The schemes and policies that are framed are basis a generalisation at best and are inapplicable to some citizens. This study attempts to explain the link between human development and economic growth in the areas of education through parenting and entrepreneurship. en_US
