Abstract:
The phenomenon that has received the most significant attention in recent years is entrepreneurship. Due to its undeniable relevance in boosting the economy and generating job possibilities, researchers have an intense desire to study the phenomenon of entrepreneurship around the world. India must foster an entrepreneurial culture to strengthen its economy and lower unemployment. Every person comes across prospective entrepreneurial chances sooner or later, but only some can turn those opportunities into profitable businesses. Higher-educated individuals are more likely to pursue entrepreneurial chances. To study entrepreneurship, we must determine the variables influencing entrepreneurial behaviour. The study's objective is to analyze the four dimensions (Entrepreneurial role model, Entrepreneurial self-efficacy, Attitude towards entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial intention) through a research model given by Nowiński, W., &Haddoud, M. Y. (2019) in his previous study. The research also finds the role of the research model and its dimensions in Indian entrepreneurship. The study's findings conclude that there is a positive interrelationship between dimensions, and every dimension has a direct and indirect effect on each other. This research evaluates existing literature and methodological approaches.
