dc.description.abstract There has been a revolution in the area of entrepreneurship in higher education with the implementation of the New Education Policy of 2020 (NEP). Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) are making sincere efforts to make young generation more imaginative, innovative, and proactive. Entrepreneurship is generally considered as an alternative to campus placements and also contributing to cause of social and economic development. Interest in entrepreneurship is on the rise and many students aspire to become entrepreneurs. HEIs across India offer courses to increase awareness about entrepreneurship and provide support to aspiring entrepreneurs through experience-sharing from real-time entrepreneurs, mentoring, incubation etc. This paper explores various initiatives taken by HEIs to stimulate and promote entrepreneurship among students. Using a qualitative research approach, this study aims to understand how entrepreneurship education impacts the development of entrepreneurial skills and behaviors in students. en_US
