dc.description.abstract Psychological stress is a natural concomitant of any creative activity. It is much more so if the activity relates to an intensely competitive area like business. Entrepreneurs, being creative individuals, often experience such stress at various stages of the development of their enterprise. On such occasions, they may benefit by professional counselling. This paper, based largely on the authors’ extensive experience, focuses on the counsellor’s role and behaviour. en_US
