dc.description.abstract The future of country depends upon the entrepreneurial society for which prospective entrepreneurs must be groomed in large numbers. Development of entrepreneurship is key factor for self sustainability for any economy. India has great potentials for human resource as well as natural resources. Entrepreneurship development among rural areas can help in employment generation and support for increment in per capita income which would be big push for developing economy like India. The Food Processing Industry has been one of the Fastest Growing Industry in the economy in last decades. It has the ability to achieve strongly in the Indian market and abroad. Eco-Products and organic food has created good demand in this era, and India has sufficient balances of all possible resources in this industry.
