A Training Programme on Intrapreneurship Development

Abstract

Entrapreneurship is the process through which an executive utilises his/ her latent entrepreneurial talent for the benefit of his/her organisation. Every employee of an organisation possesses entrepreneurial talent; degree may differ. But either he/she is not aware of it or is not able to use it because of organisational dynamics. Hence, the potential remains dormant.. Realising this situation Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI), Ahmedabad announces a ten- day residential training programme for personnel of industrial enterprises to equip them to play an entrepreneurial role within their organisation.
