dc.description.abstract Economic development is broadly dependent on successful entrepreneurship. For inclusive growth, entrepreneurship development among marginalized groups like scheduled caste (SC) people is very much necessary. In Indian context, the effective implementation of development programmes for SCs is the need of the age especially in the post-globalization era. The aim of this research paper is to measure the effectiveness of entrepreneurial finance programmes implemented by SCs Development Corporations. It is an analytical study conducted on the basis of data collected from 480 respondents in selected four districts ofMaharashtra. The inclusion of maximum people fosters speedy economic development as well as human development. But some societal factors like caste & its discrimination limit it by the exclusion of most of the people. The Government has to play a vital role by implementation of effective inclusive policy for mainstreaming the various excluded strata of the society like SCs, STs & OBCs etc. The employment opportunities should be made available for these classes. The government and its different agencies have to play effective role in providing financial assistance and training to SCs people to promote business activities and develop entrepreneurial skills and abilities among them. en_US
