Abstract:
Noodles is one of the popular fast-food item having very good market demand in the
Country as well as in abroad. The product can be prepared by using very simple technology
with hand operated machinery. The product is prepared with flour and water and
noodled out of the machine and dried at 40 degree celcius. The taste and aroma of the
product is separately prepared and packed in a small sachet to garnish with. Manufacturing
of this product helps for generating more employment opportunities through project.
