Abstract

The milk after collection from the people is immidetaly chilled to 4.4 degree centgrade by placing in bulk tank collectorsrs, which is rum by a mechanical refrigieration system. It willcool the milk rapidly to a low temeperature and automatically maintain this temperature during the storage period. Milk can be poured directltly from milking pan ino the tank .subsquently milk can be drawn into cans into a tanker,for dispatch to city dairy.
