Abstract:
There is as fixed and definite place of Atta Chhanni (flour sieve) in kitchen of every home whether its a home of an upper class or lower class. since it is a product of daily use, its age is not more than 1-2 year hence its replacement market is easily available. As it is clear from the name itself that such sieves are used for getting fine flour and separating it with the bran mixed in flour.
