Abstract:
Mixture of plaster of paris and China clay/ slaked lime yield an important product, which is widely used in almost all educational institutions for writing over blackboard. From primary education to unive-rsities, chalks are required. in the field of studies in training programmes and training centres, chalks are used on large scale. Chalks are also used in machine tools factories textiles industries and cottage industry.
