Abstract:
The society of today has seen a see-saw change in working patterns. Now days both husband and wife work and due to the single family system, day care of small kids is a big problem. Women cannot take long leaves while domestic maids are not easily available. Therefore, rearing-up of children has become a major problem. This has given birth to baby creche or childcare centres where working women leave their children while going to work and pick them up when they return.
