Abstract:
Fruit toffee is a readytoeat
product made up of fruit pulps such
as banana, mango, pomegranate, guava and others. There is a
great demand for the fruit toffees, as these possess better
nutritional qualities when compared to hardboiled
confectionery.
Fruit toffees can be manufactured in small scale industries. Only a
handful of players in the organized sector are engaged in the
production of fruit toffees.
