dc.description.abstract This paper is a study of the entrepreneurial learning of the entrepreneur which impacted the venture growth by taking Osborne out of the Osborne Effect. The case study model was used to analyse, the results of this research showed that entrepreneurial learning on growth or failures, thus becoming a learning medium for entrepreneurs to achieve competence and eventually transition from entrepreneurship to a professionally managed firm by taking advantage of the Osborne Effect. Future research should investigate entrepreneurial learning dynamics, especially in other fields and a different model of learning’s or reciprocal relationship between entrepreneurial learning and venture growth with a new model. en_US
