Abstract:
Monoset Pumps are one of the widely
used devices for agricultural purposes
in preference to other type of pumps
on account of their low cost, simplicity
of construction and easy maintenance.
The advantage of Monoset pump is
that the pump is mounted on the
extended shaft of the prime mover, i.e.
pump and prime mover are mounted
on the same shaft that is why this
arrangement is called monoset pump.
