come under the group of non-ferrous
castings. Some of the prominent alloy
castings are Brass, Bronze, Aluminium
Bronze, Gun Metal etc. These castings
are used for various purposes like
bearing, bushes, automobile parts,
textile parts, corrosion resistance parts,
marine parts, impellers, clamps and
connectors, over-head conductors etc.
