It is a normal preference of people to pursue their career in the field of their study. Many literatures have been published stating people who ventured outside their academic areas also did well in their entrepreneurial activities. Good entrepreneurship as though requires think out of the box concept. In this paper, the authors have tried to find out two facts. First, are the students of professional courses interested to set up their own firms? Second, among the students interested to open their own firms, how many of them are ready to do it in field of business which they have not studied as a part of their academic education. The results of the study are challenging and exciting, which are interpreted and discussed. |
