Abstract:
Manufacturing of the knitwear is a common activity in the Northern region. This activity can be started in a house with a nominal investment. These machines can also be used for manufacturing mufflers, kids wear and collars etc. A few manually operated flat knitting machines are sufficient to carry out the works. Flat knitting Machines are available in the State of Punjab. This type of unit can also undertake job work and supply the same to the hosiery manufacturing unit.
