dc.description.abstract The carbon film resistor is one of the most important component parts in the electronic parts industry. Its demand has greatly increased with the development of the electronics industry. Thus the ceramic rod for resistor is a basic element of the carbon film resistor, and 70% of which is composed of kaolin. It is therefore one of the products capable of maximizing the utilization of richly available natural resources and enhancing their added value. In particular, the production of this ceramic rod requires relative~ small investment scale, while being labor-intensive. It has characteristics of suiting industrial conditions in developing countries short of capital funds. The product can be spotlighted not only in the import-substitution industry, but also in the export industry. en_US
